Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

1.1. Employees and immediate family members of FASTer Way to Fat Loss are not eligible to participate.

2. How to Enter

2.1. Participants must follow both the FASTer Way to Fat Loss and Amanda Tress on Instagram and Facebook and follow the daily instructions to share and tag the accounts accordingly.
2.2. Only one entry per person is permitted unless otherwise stated.

3. Giveaway Period

3.1. The giveaways begin on December 12 and end on December 23 at 11:59pm ET. Daily giveaway period is from 06:00am ET and 11:59pm ET. Entries received outside of these times will not be eligible.

4. Prizes

4.1. The prize(s) include the items as detailed on this website and in communications to participants.
4.2. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternatives.
4.3 Certain prizes require that the winner be registered for a round of the FASTer Way to Fat Loss.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

5.1. Winners will be selected at random using a generator tool after 8pm ET each day.
5.2. Winners will be notified via direct message within 2 days of the selection date.
5.3. If a winner does not respond within 48 hours of notification, a new winner may be selected.

6. Delivery of Prizes

6.1. Prizes will be delivered to the winner via mail/email within 30 days.

8.1. By accepting the prize, winners consent to FASTer Way to Fat Loss using their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1. FASTer Way to Fat Loss is not responsible for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance of the prize.

10. Changes and Termination

10.1. FASTer Way to Fat Loss reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway at any time without notice if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary.

11. Governing Law

11.1. The giveaway and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of The United States of America. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of The United States of America.
