Story Series: How One Woman Fired Up Her Metabolism to Burn Fat

At the end of 2021, Kristin Marr felt completely discouraged. As Kristin neared the end of her 30s, she was gaining weight like never before, despite eating real, whole foods. Kristin has always been an active person - as a former gymnast, she practically lived in the gym as a kid. But the random YouTube workouts and barre classes Kristin was doing just weren't cutting it anymore. 

Kristin had heard about the FASTer Way to Fat Loss program a couple of years ago and had been following along on social media, but she was highly skeptical. Having been in the wellness world for 9 years, Kristin was convinced this would be a waste of money and that it wouldn't work for her.

But the idea of tracking macros not calories, carb cycling, and strategically paired workouts with a meal plan intrigued Kristin. In December 2021, Kristin finally took the plunge and joined the 6-week New Client program. 

Within just a few weeks, Kristin began to feel completely different. Her clothes were fitting better, and she could see changes in her body. Kristin's coach set up her initial macro goals based on her body and fat loss goals, and she taught Kristin how to properly fuel her body with the right balance of carbs, protein, and fat.

Using the FASTer Way app, Kristin started tracking her macros, and she showed up in her backyard every single day to complete the FASTer Way strength training workouts, which were led by FASTer Way pro trainers and took 30 minutes or less. Having never lifted weights before, this was a completely new experience for Kristin, but the trainers were there to guide her through every single movement.

At the end of those 6 weeks, Kristin was hooked. She joined the VIP Membership and kept going, eager to see where this journey would take her. 

Over the past 12 months, Kristin has dropped 8 pant sizes, lost 20 pounds of fat, and witnessed body composition changes like never before. Kristin has also gained so much strength and muscle, which has been truly amazing to see. As Kristin looks ahead to 2023, her focus is building even more muscle.

Two years ago, Kristin Marr was frustrated and confused by the weight gain, despite her best efforts. But now, Kristin feels stronger, healthier, and more in tune with her body than ever before.
